bridalicious Appointment Terms and Conditions
General terms and conditions for appointment bookings
1. Scope, Customer Information
The following General Terms and Conditions (Appointment Terms and Conditions) in their version valid at the time of appointment booking govern the contractual relationship between
bridalicious Bridal (all branches) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") who arranges on-site appointments via this online booking service.
The customer can access these terms and conditions at any time at the web address bridalicious.de/pages/termin-agb/ and print them out and save them on his computer using his internet browser.
The contract language is German.
2. Conclusion of the contract
-
Customers must be at least 18 years old to book an appointment. For customers under 18, the consent of a legal guardian is required.
-
The online booking portal on bridalicious.de does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to the customer to arrange an in-person appointment. Using the "BOOK APPOINTMENT" button, the customer can select the desired store, product, and preferred date and time, and provide their contact information and other details required for the appointment.
-
After clicking the "Save and continue" button, the customer is prompted to enter their credit card details for paid services; otherwise, they must confirm their booking. After accepting these terms and conditions, the cancellation policy, and the privacy policy, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a consulting agreement by clicking the "Book now" button.
-
The contract is concluded when bridalicious confirms the customer's offer after completion of the booking process (your booking is confirmed), has fulfilled the order, or begins fulfilling the order. If the customer provides an incorrect email address, the booking is also considered accepted.
3. Saving the offer text
The contract text containing booking details is stored by bridalicious. The customer does not have access to the contract text via the internet.
4. Correction note
The customer can correct their entries at any time before submitting the order using the browser's back button and the booking form, or return to the starting page by closing the window via "X" and restart the booking process if necessary.
5. Cancellation of booked appointments
-
Cancellation of already booked appointments is free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. After this 48-hour period, bridalicious is entitled to charge a cancellation fee of €50.00 .
-
Cancellations must be made via the cancellation button in the Timify appointment confirmation email or demonstrably via email/contact form. Cancellations by phone or via messenger services (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.) are not possible.
-
A sick note does not invalidate the cancellation policy; however, we will waive the cancellation fee upon presentation of a medical certificate / sick note.
-
The cancellation fee will be credited towards the purchase of a wedding dress costing €799 or more.
6. Online dispute resolution for consumers
As a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), you can use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform in case of problems with contracts concluded online: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ . Pursuant to Section 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG), we hereby inform you that we are neither willing nor obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
7. Final Provisions
-
Bridalicious reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. To this end, bridalicious will notify the customer of the amended terms and conditions by email in a timely manner before the planned effective date and will specifically inform the customer of the new regulations and the date of the planned effective date. At the same time, bridalicious will grant the customer a reasonable period of at least four weeks to declare whether they accept the amended terms of use for the continued use of the services. If no declaration is received within this period, which begins upon receipt of the notification in written form, the amended terms and conditions will be deemed accepted. At the start of this period, bridalicious will specifically inform the customer of this legal consequence, i.e., the right to object, the cancellation period, and the significance of remaining silent. The Terms and Conditions, in their current version, can always be accessed and printed at bridalicious.de.
-
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless mandatory legal provisions stipulate otherwise.
-
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for bookings made by merchants, legal entities under public law or special funds under public law is 50354 Hürth.
-
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by the applicable statutory provisions. The same applies if the contract is found to contain a gap.
